1972 TOYOTA CORONA DELUXE RT80
Two owners. 56,000 km. 4 cylinder, 1600cc, Manual
Factory radio and tapedeck
Sold new in Sydney, Australia by York Motors, a large Toyota dealer in the 70's, to the first owner. They moved to NZ in January 1975, with the car.
Speedo is in miles, and I believe is genuine, just how it drives and looks.
Australian spec deluxe has front high-back
button seats in rubion red factory vinyl. Another feature of this spec
is the "four on the
floor" transmission. And also twin
front ashtrays!
This vehicle is mechanically very sound and runs exceptionally well.
The door rubbers, door mouldings, and window glasses are all in original condition, with no sign of perishing.
Interior trims, carpet, vinyl seats and door trims are immaculate and original.
To be fussy there is a small crack in the back seat vinyl about 4cm long, hardly visible. And a little sunfade on the raised areas of the carpet.
All original wheeltrims, and chrome trims/bumpers.
Books and manual included.
I am not selling any spare parts, this is one complete vehicle.
I would like to see this car go to an enthusiast, this is something very special.
Questions welcome about the vehicle-(only).
